This policy explains how Tori Technologies Inc., doing business as FeedTLDR, handles personal information when you use FeedTLDR.

1. Who operates FeedTLDR

Tori Technologies Inc. operates FeedTLDR from British Columbia, Canada.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information that you provide when you create and use an account. This information can include:

• Your name, email address, profile image, login provider, and account identifier.
• Your timezone, newsletter address, AI prompt, onboarding answers, and product settings.
• The public X accounts that you select and the public posts collected for your summaries.
• Your generated summaries, audio summaries, chat messages, generation status, and usage history.
• Your plan, credit balance, Stripe customer identifier, and subscription status.
• Product events, browser information, IP address, and security signals.

Stripe processes your payment-card information. FeedTLDR does not receive or store your complete card number.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Create and protect your account.
• Collect the public posts that you request.
• Generate summaries, audio, chat responses, and daily emails.
• Process subscriptions and manage credits.
• Provide support and send service messages.
• Measure product use and improve FeedTLDR.
• Detect abuse, enforce limits, and meet legal requirements.

4. Service providers

We use service providers to operate FeedTLDR:

• Firebase provides authentication, database storage, and file storage.
• Render hosts the website and API.
• Cloudflare provides network security and signup protection.
• Resend sends account and newsletter emails.
• Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.
• Apify collects public X posts and account information.
• Google Gemini generates summaries.
• OpenAI provides chat and audio-generation services.
• PostHog provides product analytics.

These providers process information only for the services that they provide to us. Their own privacy terms also apply to their services.

We can also disclose information when the law requires it. We can disclose information to protect FeedTLDR, our users, or other people from harm.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Public content and links

FeedTLDR processes public posts from the X accounts that you select. The original posts remain subject to the terms and privacy rules of X.

An audio summary can be available through a public link. A person who has that link can open the audio without a FeedTLDR account.

6. Legal reasons for processing

We process information to provide the service that you request. We also process information for security, product operation, and legal compliance.

When the law requires consent, you can withdraw that consent. This action does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

7. Retention

We keep account information while your account is active. We keep information longer when it is necessary for billing, security, disputes, or legal requirements.

You can delete your account from the account settings. Account deletion removes your Firebase account and primary customer record.

Limited information can remain in backups, provider logs, email records, or financial records for a reasonable period.

8. Security

We use authentication, access controls, encryption in transit, and service-provider security controls. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Contact support@feedtldr.com if you believe that someone accessed your account without permission.

9. International processing

Our providers can process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries. Data-protection laws can differ between countries.

10. Your choices and rights

You can update your profile, summary settings, X accounts, and newsletter settings in FeedTLDR. You can unsubscribe from daily emails in the product.

Depending on your location, you can have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. You can also object to some processing.

Send a request to support@feedtldr.com. We can ask for information that confirms your identity before we complete the request.

11. Children

FeedTLDR is not for people under 18 years old. Contact us if you believe that a child provided personal information to FeedTLDR.

12. Policy changes

We can update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. We will change the date at the top of this page.
